How the Custom Process Works

What are the steps for a custom order?
Creating your custom coloring wall is a simple process:

1. Place Your Order: Select your custom size and complete checkout.
2. Email Your Assets: Send your logo, reference pictures, or theme ideas to  print@grainandchroma.com. Please include your Order Number in the subject line.
3. Review Your Mock-up: Within 2-3 days, we will email you a digital sample for approval. You have one opportunity for revisions before we print!

What is your processing time?
• Non-Custom Orders: Processed and shipped the very next business day.
• Custom Orders: Design takes 2-3 days. Once you approve the mock-up, your order moves to immediate production.

Shipping & Delivery

Do you offer overnight shipping?
Yes! We offer a variety of shipping speeds, including Overnight Shipping for urgent events. You can select your preferred speed and see the exact pricing during checkout.

Is shipping included in the price?
Shipping costs are calculated separately at checkout based on your location, the size of the drawing, and how quickly you need it delivered.

What if my drawing arrives damaged?
We take great care in our packaging. If your item is damaged during transit, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage to the product and packaging, and we will resolve it for you.

Customization & Policies

Can I add a name or custom text to a banner?
Yes! We can add names or specific text to our designs. You will receive a digital mock-up for approval. Note: highly complex design changes may incur an additional fee.

Can I return, exchange, or cancel my order?
Because our products are printed to order, all sales are final. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or refunded. For custom items, your approval of the digital mock-up confirms the final design.

Do you offer framing services?
We do not offer framing at this time. We recommend seeking a local professional framing service for the best results.

Business & Government Orders

Do you offer government pricing?
Yes! We offer government pricing, including tax-exempt purchases and the acceptance of Purchase Orders (POs). Please reach out to us directly at purchasing@grainandchroma.com to coordinate

Do you offer bulk discounts?
We provide bulk pricing on a case-by-case basis for large events or organizations. Contact us with your project details for a custom quote.
