Returns & Refunds Because our products are printed-to-order and often involve custom designs, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for "change of mind" or event cancellations.

Custom Mock-ups For all custom orders, a digital mock-up is provided for your approval. Your approval of this mock-up serves as final confirmation of the design. Once approved, the item moves to production and cannot be modified or refunded.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective or damaged during transit, you must contact us immediately at nora@grainandchroma.com with high-quality photos of the damaged product and the exterior packaging. We will evaluate the issue and work to make it right.
